a. Enter items in the columns highlighted in RED.
b. Enter by Transaction, i.e. Property 1, Property 2, Property 3, etc.
c. Enter the Month/Day/Year in Column A.
d. Enter the Property Address in Column B.
e. Enter a brief description of the property in Column C.
f. Enter the exact TOTAL sales price as stated on the Closing Statement in Column E.
g. Enter who you represented (Buyer, Seller, or Both) in Column F.
h. Enter the percent of representation in Column G. If you represented either the Buyer or Seller enter 50. If you represented BOTH enter 100.
i. PLEASE SIGN and DATE the bottom of the spreadsheet
2. TAB 4: Knowledge Requirement Form and a copy of all REALTOR® Land Institute course certificates. If a Fast Track applicant, provide a copy of CCIM or other qualifying designation documentation.
3. TAB 5: Provide a copy of current Real Estate license if a licensee.
4. TAB 6: Transactions:
a. Please write no more than a one page narrative describing your participation in the transaction and elaborate that this is a LAND TRANSACTION and not a House, Building or Improved Structure. We understand structures may be a part of a land transaction; however, this narrative is meant to demonstrate your knowledge in selling Land. Please fully document that the land is representative of a minimum of 51% of the total transaction and the building value does not exceed 49% of the documented transaction.
b. Clearly state your participation in the transaction, i.e. Buyer, Seller, or Both.
c. Verification and Proof of Transaction: Copy of a fully executed Closing Statement verifying you were paid a Real Estate Fee or show the MLS Closing Sheet. Please highlight with a yellow highlighter pen.
d. Proof of Volume: Copy of a commission statement or a signed statement by the Broker of Record (Broker–in-Charge).
Once you have fully completed the above steps, please submit the three binders with your application check or credit card payment of $350.
