Fast Track to the ALC Designation
A “Fast Track” to the ALC designation is available to those real estate professionals who hold the following designations:
CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist of NAR) SIOR (Industrial & Office Realtor) CRE (Counselor of Real Estate) AFM (Accredited Farm Manager of ASFMRA) ARA (Accredited Rural Appraiser of ASFMRA) RPRA (Real Property Review Appraiser of ASFMRA) AAC (Accredited Agricultural Consultant of ASFMRA) CAC (Certified Agricultural Consultant of the American Society of Agricultural Consultants) MAI (Member, Appraisal Institute)
Those individuals who hold either a B.S. or M.S. with a major in real estate from an accredited college or university will also be able to Fast Track to the ALC Designation.
Individuals who apply for Fast Track consideration must provide proof of holding one of the approved designations or degrees.
Fast Track candidates must successfully complete the following three Land University courses: -Land 101 -Land Investment Analysis -and one additional Land University course.
Note: At least 1 course of the 3 required must be taken in a live classroom setting.
Fast Track candidates must make a formal application for the ALC Designation and fulfill all other ALC requirements.
Course equivalencies are not accepted for Fast Track candidates. |
