Membership Application

We look forward to welcoming you as a new member of the REALTORS^® Land Institute.  

As a member, you will join the ranks of an extraordinary group of real estate professionals.  As soon as you complete your first Land University course, you will be considered a candidate for the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. 

To become a new Active member of the REALTORS^® Land Institute, please complete and submit the New Member application along with the appropriate dues.  Annual dues are $295, pro-rated on a quarterly basis (the application includes a payment schedule).  IF YOU JOIN RLI BY DECEMBER 31, 2008, YOU WILL SAVE $75 ON THE 2009 NEW MEMBER APPLICATION FEE. 

As an Active Member of RLI, membership in the National Association of REALTORS^® is required, either as a REALTOR^® or REALTOR^®-ASSOCIATE or through Institute Affiliate membership, an NAR membership category.

The Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation requires a separate application.
