Membership Application

We look forward to welcoming you as a new ALC Candidate member of the REALTORS^® Land Institute.  

As soon as you join the REALTORS^® Land Institute, you are considered a candidate for the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. As an ALC Candidate, you will join the ranks of an extraordinary group of real estate professionals. 

To become a new ALC Candidate member of the REALTORS^® Land Institute, please complete and submit the ALC Candidate Application along with the appropriate dues.  The 12-month membership is $295. There is also a one-time application fee of $75.

As an ALC Candidate member of RLI, membership in the National Association of REALTORS^® is required, either as a REALTOR^® or REALTOR^®-ASSOCIATE or through Institute Affiliate membership, an NAR membership category.

If your membership has lapsed and you would like to reinstate your membership, fill out the Reinstatement Application.

If you are not a licensed real estate professional, REALTOR^® or REALTOR^®-ASSOCIATE, but are engaged in endeavors related to the objectives of the Institute, you may join as an Associate (formerly Affiliate) Member by filling out the Associate Member Application.

The Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation requires a separate application.
