Who joins the REALTORS® Land Institute?
Both new and experienced land specialists join the REALTORS® Land Institute to build their knowledge, build their professional network, and build their businesses.
What are the benefits of membership?
One of the most important benefits of membership in the REALTORS® Land Institute is gaining access to an extraordinary group of like-minded professionals. In addition, members enjoy a wide range of benefits, including discounts on products and services to professional development opportunities. See the full list of member benefits.
Are RLI members required to hold membership in the National Association of REALTORS®? Yes. All Active Members of RLI must hold membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) as either a REALTOR® or REALTOR®-ASSOCIATE or as an Institute Affiliate member of NAR, a special non-REALTOR® category of membership.
Do all members of RLI become Accredited Land Consultants (ALCs)? No. Only the land professionals who have completed the rigorous ALC Land University curriculum and fulfilled transaction experience requirements may apply for the Accredited Land Consultant designation. See the ALC requirements.
What are the annual membership dues? The annual membership dues are $295. For those individuals joining the organization mid-year, there is a pro-rated dues schedule on the Membership Application.
How do I apply for membership? To join the REALTORS® Land Institute, complete and submit the Membership Application and your appropriate dues. Once the application is reviewed and processed, you will receive new member materials that detail the ways you can make the most out of your membership. Candidates for the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation complete a different membership application and submit a $350 designation filing fee when submitting that application.
