Generous Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Funds Five New Scholarships for Military
Bill Eshenbaugh, ALC, Generously Supports Institute’s Military Transition Program (MTP)
December 3, 2013 (Chicago, IL)–The REALTORS® Land Institute announced today that Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Bill Eshenbaugh will fund five Eshenbaugh Land Company Military Course Scholarships for the Institute’s Military Transition Program (MTP). The scholarships, valued at $445 each, will be awarded to the first MTP participants who request the scholarship.
The REALTORS® Land Institute created the MTP to support veterans’ employment opportunities through assisting military interested in the land business in earning the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation–an indication of the most accomplished, experienced, and highest performing land sales experts. The program, open to all U.S. Military who have served from 2000 forward, waives fees for one-year of membership to the Institute, offers a complimentary LAND 101: Fundamentals of Land Brokerage and Marketing course, and one elective LANDU course, valued at over $1500. The Eshenbaugh Land Company Military Course Scholarship will honor five members with an additional LANDU elective course, for a total of three free courses. Access the application online.
Bill Eshenbaugh, ALC, 2013 Institute Meeks Distinguished Service award recipient, is the owner of Eshenbaugh Land Company in Tampa, Florida. As a successful ALC land expert, Eshenbaugh has served as an instructor and course contributor for the Institute. He created the scholarship in honor of his brother John, who was awarded two Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star for valor.
