White Paper Elective Course Option: add $55

This option is for registrants working towards their ALC designation. This option will allows members to write a white paper post-conference to receive 16 course credit hours in lieu of taking a 16-hour elective course. Please review the 2017 White Paper Guidelines.

Companion Ticket Options

Bring a companion to the conference! With a variety of companion ticket options, a great hotel, and plentiful local shopping and dining choices, this year’s location is a prime opportunity to bring along a companion. Companion tickets may be added on the main registrant’s registration form at the time of registration.

Companion Ticket: $75

The companion ticket gives companions access to the following:

  • NASCAR Night Out (light hors d’oeuvres, open bar, chance to interact with simulators, and enjoy the NASCAR Hall of Fame Exhibits)
  • One drink ticket at Cowboy Auction
  • Shindig in Charlotte Bash (band, buffet, cash bar)

Companion ALC Recognition Lunch Ticket: $65

  • Includes admission to the ALC Recognition Luncheon on April 1 (in lieu of Companion Spa Outing).

Companion Spa Outing: $100

  • Enjoy a relaxing trip to the spa, and select from a mini facial, manicure, or pedicure. Following the spa treatments, dine and get to know that other companions at a mimosa luncheon on April 1 (in lieu of ALC Recognition Luncheon).

Sunday Segway Tour: $55 (available to all attendees)

  • Glide throughout Center City by on this hour and a half tour on Sunday, April 2 at 12pm after the conference wrap-up. This Uptown tour is perfect for those who have an interest in hearing about some of Charlotte’s fascinating history, current happenings, and diverse architecture and urban design. This tour is available to all attendees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: RLI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference or individual sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees, less a $175 cancellation fee, are refundable if written notice is received prior to February 28. After February 28, no refunds will be issued. RLI is not responsible for nonrefundable airline tickets or related expenses.
