About the Speaker:
Matt Rafferty is the founder of Flight Spool, a nationwide media company that helps land agents showcase properties through high-quality drone footage, virtual tours, and post-production editing. He recently completed his MBA at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, where he focused on entrepreneurship and innovation in emerging technologies.
With a background in real estate media and a deep understanding of the challenges land agents face, Matt has worked with clients across the country to create compelling visuals that drive results. His recent industry report on drone use in land real estate draws on insights from dozens of professionals and reflects his passion for combining technology and storytelling to improve how rural properties are marketed.
