This roundtable will provide a deeper understanding of key zoning concepts and their practical applications, including permitted uses, urban sprawl, strategic planning, zoning classifications, and the principle of highest and best use. Our expert panelists will share how these factors affect development decisions, property values, and long-term land use planning.
