Speaker Bio
Steven Atkinson has worked in the Utah and Idaho land markets since 2010, specializing in ranches, farms, and lifestyle properties. His experience includes multi-thousand-acre ranch sales, recreational and investment properties, complex 1031 exchanges, and transactions involving water rights. Known for thoughtful negotiation and professional representation, Steven works with buyers and sellers who value clarity, data, and long-term outcomes.
A graduate of Utah State University with a background in Entrepreneurship, Steve brings a systems-driven mindset to land brokerage. At Fay Ranches, he actively integrates A.I. and technology into his own workflows to create a more informed and efficient experience for clients and collaborators. His work is grounded in respect for land, outdoor life, and building strong professional relationships across the West.
