Real Estate Mapping Technologies & Techniques course description

Learn the basics of land navigation and technology, including using a compass, GPS, and the latest mapping software to help better meet client needs. Ga in confidence in your abilities by understanding the relevant navigational insights and skills needed to effectively locate, traverse, list, and market land parcels.

After taking this course, attendees will have the:

• Expertise to work efficiently with mapping programs like ESRI, Google Earth Pro, TerraStride, and LandID (formerly known as MapRight).
• Competence to find a property using private and government sources, use navigation programs in the field, and utilize data collected in the field to enhance your marketing maps.
• Knowledge to understand what kind of maps should be made for a property and how to accurately draw out property maps.
• Confidence to effectively use maps to optimally market properties.

LANDU Course Pricing Structure

• ALC Designated Course Price ($300) - For registrants that have already earned the Accredited Land Consultants (ALC) Designation and are considered to be an active ALC.
• RLI Member Course Price ($375) - For registrants who are REALTORS® Land Institute Members who have not yet earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation.
• Non-Member Course Price ($400) - For registrants who are not active members of the REALTORS® Land Institute.
