    Henry Walker


    Henry leads the Walker Luxury and Land Team at Luxury Homes International in Franklin, working alongside his wife Lisa on large tract, transitional, and farm land sales across Middle Tennessee. His background in agriculture, rooted in raising cattle from the age of 10, combined with over 30 years in supply chain management, shapes how he approaches negotiation and land strategy for clients.

    Rhey Houston


    Rhey is a Realtor with Todd Henon Properties in Chattanooga, where he has built his career across the tri-state area over three decades, working with landowners, developers, and business leaders. He specializes in acreage, conservation easements, and financial and tax strategies tied to real estate. An agriculture graduate of the University of Tennessee, he has served on the boards of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, and the Tennessee Forestry Association.

    Thomas Krajewski, ALC


    Thomas is managing broker and owner of Appalachian Land Partners in Knoxville, focused on land sales for development, conservation, agriculture, and recreation. He holds the Accredited Land Consultant designation and was previously a top producer with National Land Realty across the Southeast. Thomas served as 2023 Tennessee RLI President and 2022-2023 RLI National Treasurer, and he chairs the board of the Legacy Parks Foundation in Knoxville.

    Joshua Christian, ALC


    Joshua is principal broker of The Land & Legacy Group in Knoxville, where he works across agricultural, commercial, and recreational land, along with special use properties like storage facilities and campgrounds. A Tennessee native and veteran, he built his firm around helping families use real estate to create lasting wealth through tools like 1031 exchanges and estate planning, backed by a BBA focused on real estate portfolio development and construction management.

    Travis Hulsey


    Travis is an Associate Broker with Real Estate Partners in Chattanooga, where he has spent over 20 years in commercial real estate, land transactions, and property management. He holds the Accredited Commercial Professional designation and stays active with both the Realtors Land Institute and the Urban Land Institute, with a practice spanning landlord and tenant representation across office, retail, industrial, and land properties.

    Jason Heathcoe, ALC


    Jason serves as Qualifying Broker for SmallTown Hunting Properties & Real Estate in Georgia and Principal Broker in Tennessee. He holds the Accredited Land Consultant designation, held by fewer than 800 professionals in the country, and focuses his practice on country homes, poultry farms, and hunting land across Tennessee and Georgia. He also sits on the RLI Future Leaders Committee.

    Lori Yarbro


    Lori is an agent with Evans Real Estate based in Parsons, Tennessee, working across residential and land transactions in West Tennessee. She has built a steady track record of closings in communities like Adamsville, Enville, and Bath Springs, with particular focus on riverfront and acreage properties. Lori also supports New Pathways Children's Home and CASA.

    Geoff Hurdle, ALC


    Geoff is with the Geoff & Geoff Group with Real Estate Partners in Chattanooga, a third-generation land broker who has spent his career developing and selling land tracts, from large development parcels down to smaller building lots, across Tennessee and neighboring states. He earned his ALC designation in 2018 and went on to serve two terms as Tennessee RLI Chapter President before joining the RLI National Board of Directors. He now serves as 2026 RLI National President, working to grow membership and strengthen education across the organization.
