Chandra grew up around farming, horses, and agribusiness. Receiving her license in 2008, Chandra became fluent in foreclosure properties, short sales, and investments. In 2015, she obtained her Texas Real Estate Broker license, and in 2018 she began as the managing broker and Team Leader for Keller Williams Brazos West. She resides in Erath County with her husband, Adam, and daughter, Addison. She has a modest cow-calf operation where she produces commercial and registered Black Angus cattle. Chandra has served on the Stephenville Association of REALTORS® and the Texas REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee.

Clayton Pilgrim is a third generation Texas farmer and rancher. His background stems from row crop farming, commercial cattle production, logistics, sales, business acquisitions and advertising. With over 20 years of first-hand experience, Clayton uses his expert advice for clients to obtain the best level of service for their investment needs. Clayton is also a Licensed American Farm and Ranch agent and holds the Accredited Land Consultant Designation. Clayton serves on the Realtors Land Institute Education Committee, Circle 10 Boy Scouts of America Council, Paris City Council and numerous other non-profit organizations. In his free time Clayton enjoys hunting, traveling with his family and cooking for various events.

Originally from Scottsboro, Alabama, she earned a bachelor's degree from Mississippi State University and a master's degree from the University of Alabama before making Houston her home in 2009. He is a business coach for the Millionaire Business Network, hosts the Land Broker Insider Podcast, and the Land Broker Masterminds. Lani grew up in McGregor, outside of Waco, TX. Her family worked on a farm raising cattle. At a young age, Lani developed a passion for horses, participating in horse shows, barrel races, and rodeos. In 2001, Lani graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agribusiness where she was actively involved in the Texas Aggie Rodeo Club, which organized the annual All-Aggie Rodeo and the annual college rodeo. Lani enjoys showing cutting horses and watching her daughters compete in sports. Her family is actively involved in their church and other community groups. She resides near Stephenville, TX with her husband and 2 daughters.
