The RLI Colorado Chapter was originally known as the Colorado Chapter Number 5 of the Farm and Land Institute of the National Association of REALTORS! The original Articles of Incorporation were filed in Colorado on July 6, 1979. The name change to the Colorado Chapter #5 of the REALTORS Land Institute of the National Association of REALTORS took place in January 1999.
Yes, there have been some changes, such as a shorter name, but forty-three years later, the Chapter is still going strong.
In September 1990, the annual meeting minutes reflect that the Chapter had 46 members. Today our membership numbers are over 170!
January 1991 was the first marketing session held in conjunction with the Western Livestock Show in Denver, something that is still being done today!
