Registration Options and Ticketed Event Details

Full event registration includes:

See below for details on pricing. You must have a full registration or guest pass to attend breakfasts, the Recognition Lunch and Welcome Reception.

Conference registration does not include hotel stay or other travel expenses.

Note: If you are registering multiple people, our system will recognize by email address if that person currently has an online account. If they do not have an account, you will be prompted to enter their information and create one.

Special Registration Options

Guest Pass: $299
For guests of registrants. Attendees with guest tickets may not attend educational or keynote sessions or round table discussions. Guests may purchase additional tickets to the APEX Awards Ceremony or the Guest Tour. Price of guest pass is to cover food and drink costs only.

Child Lunch/Dinner Registrations: Pricing available in January 2027
NLC attendees may purchase individual tickets for their children to attend the APEX dinner on Monday evening and/or the Recognition Lunch on Tuesday.

Exhibitor Registration: $549
For exhibitors working an exhibit table during registration who aren't RLI members coming to conference as a full attendee. Exhibitor Registration may purchase additional tickets to the APEX Awards Ceremony and Guest Tour.

TICKETED EVENTS

RLI APEX Awards Dinner: $175 for non-applicants; free to applicants
This annual event, sponsored by The Land Report, will recognize the 2026 highest performing land real estate professionals in the country for their accomplishments. There are two registration options for the APEX Dinner: one for those who do not plan/do not qualify to apply for the 2026 APEX Awards Program with a ticket cost of $175; the second option is for those who plan to apply to the 2026 APEX Awards Program with a ticket cost of $0 (the dinner ticket is included in the application fee which will be paid at the time of the application submission; anyone who chooses this option and does not submit an application will have their $0 dinner ticket cancelled). APEX Awards Applications will open in December 2026. 

Guest Tour: Explore the Legacy of Coca-Cola: $250
Monday, March 22 - Afternoon (Exact Times TBD)
For Guest Tour Ticket Holders Only
Explore the rich history of The Coca-Cola Company through guided tours of the Atlanta headquarters and a World of Coke Tour. Guests will learn historical facts while hearing memorable stories that celebrate the iconic company. Then, enjoy a private group lunch together before returning to the Renaissance. Transportation is provided.

Cancellation Policy

Conference Registration and Ticketed Events: REALTORS® Land Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference, individual sessions, and/or ticketed events due to unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees, less a $175 cancellation fee, are refundable if written notice is received prior to March 1, 2027. Ticketed events are fully refundable if written notice is received prior to March 1, 2027. After March 1, 2027, no refunds for conference registration or for ticketed events will be issued. RLI is not responsible for nonrefundable airline tickets or related expenses.

I hereby grant the REALTORS® Land Institute permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
