LANDU Courses Fulfill the Education Requirements for the ALC Designation
Land professionals working towards the elite Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation need to complete six courses to apply. You must complete three core courses (Land 101, Land Investment Analysis, and Transitional Land Real Estate), two specialty courses, and either one elective course or another specialty course. These courses can be completed in virtual (VILT) format, at national Bootcamp events, and in-person at some regional and state Chapters.
National LANDU Courses are NOT Approved for Continuing Education (CE) Credit
RLI National does not apply for CE credit nor submit documentation on behalf of members to Real Estate Commissions. Learners may reach out to their State’s Real Estate Commission for the requirements on self-reporting CE for their license. In some states, the Commission allows self-reporting and requires the individual to submit any additional course materials (i.e. timed agenda, course objectives, description), along with their course completion certificate. Unfortunately, RLI National does not have access nor is familiar with each state’s CE requirements and criteria.
