Get a "Core" Workout in Land Education at Mini-Bootcamp
Downtown Chicago | October 28 - November 2, 2024
Mini-Bootcamp is a shorter version of Bootcamp that allows learners to take all three Core Courses toward the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. Courses will include: Land 101: Fundamentals of Land Brokerage, Transitional Land, and Land Investment Analysis.
Individuals can register for one or up to all three courses.

The closest airports are O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway International Airport (MDW). Both are almost equal distances to and from the hotel and National Association of REALTORS building.
Bootcamp Pricing:
Individuals can register for one course or up to all three courses.
Total Member Price (all three courses): $1,820
Total Non-Member Price (all three courses): $2,420
Individual course registration fees are the following, except for Land Investment Analysis:
- Member Course fee: $535
- Non-Member fee: $735
Land Investment Analysis fee are the following:
- Member Course Fee: $750
- Non-Member fee: $950
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made prior to the start date of the course to receive a refund. Refunds will be made for the full amount paid less a $25 cancellation fee per course cancelled. No refunds will be made after a course’s scheduled start date.
Course Materials:
Course materials will only be provided electronically to download within the RLI Education Portal. There will be no printed materials available on-site.
Admission Requirements (Land Investment Analysis Course ONLY)
Students must agree to the LANDU® Learner Agreement and pass the Land Investment Analysis Pre-Course Quiz with a score of 100% to take the Land Investment Analysis course. The Pre-Course Quiz will become available to complete within the RLI Education Portal, after the student has registered for the course. If the student does not pass the Pre-Course Quiz on the first try, they have the opportunity to retake the quiz twice. The Land Investment Analysis Online Textbook and Student Workbook will only become available when the student passes the Pre-Course Quiz with a score of 100%.
Tech Requirements
RLI LANDU Education Mini-Bootcamp requires the use of a laptop or desktop computer, including full Excel capabilities. Mobile devices, like iPads, tablets, and cellphones, will not run RLI’s Excel spreadsheets.
PC: Microsoft Office 2000 or higher is necessary to run the RLI’s Land Investment Analysis Excel spreadsheets.
Mac: Mac versions of Microsoft Office 2004, 2011, 2016, or 365 are required to run the RLI Land Investment Analysis Excel Spreadsheets.
Browser: RLI’s education portal is optimized for use with Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox web browser.
Prior to attending Bootcamp:
Please familiarize yourself with your laptop, operating system, logging onto the RLI website and accessing the education portal, downloading and saving files, and navigating Microsoft Excel, especially if you are purchasing a new laptop for this event.
