Find out your own team problem solving style and learn how to find out the style of those you work with
A Team Building Activity
Gain insight into how to use teams to provide innovative solutions to problems
Mid-Morning: Aim to Win
The competition will heat up on the shooting range. Teams of four will participate in a gun shooting scramble at the Jefferson Gun Club. The winning team will walk away with a prize. BYOG (Bring Your Own Gun or rent one).
Afternoon: Bourbon: Behind the Scenes
Tour the Jim Beam American Stillhouse, the Bourbon Capitol of the World. Distillery tours will take you through the entire process, starting with natural limestone water well and all the way through the mashing, distilling, barreling, storing, and bottling. At the end of the tour you’ll have the opportunity to thumb print seal a bottle and purchase as a commemorative token.
Evening: Dinner & Drinks
End the day with Happy Hour at the Embassy Suites, followed by dinner at the Gordon Biersch Brewery on the famous Fourth Street Live in downtown Louisville.

The Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule ALC Networking Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. The Institute understands that emergencies arise. However, due to costs incurred, registration fees, less a $75 cancellation fee, are refundable if written notice is received prior to October 1st. After October 1st, no refunds or credits will be issued.
