What is LANDU® Education Bootcamp?

LANDU® Education Bootcamp (previously called Education Week) is a multi-day, in-person land education event. It's an intense, one-of-a-kind way to train as an expert in multiple aspects of land real estate!

Whether you've worked in land real estate for years, or are new to the business, Bootcamp is for you. This event offers education across multiple areas of the industry to help you better serve clients no matter where you are in your career.

Bootcamp offers learners the opportunity to take the three Core Courses toward the education requirements needed to earn the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation. Those courses are: Land 101: Fundamentals of Land Brokerage, Land Investment Analysis, and Transitional Land Real Estate.

To fulfill the remaining three required Specialty/Elective courses, learners will have opportunities throughout the year to take these virtually through national and/or in-person at RLI Chapters. Click here to see the education schedule.

2026 LANDU® Education Fall Bootcamp

LANDU Education Bootcamp offers learners the opportunity to take one, two, or all three Core Courses toward the education requirements for the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation in one place, at one time.

Bootcamp Pricing: Individuals can register for one course or up to all three courses. 

Total Member Price (all three courses): $2,025

Total Non-Member Price (all three courses): $2,625

Individual course registration fees are the following, except for Land Investment Analysis:

  • Member Course fee: $595
  • Non-Member fee: $795

Land Investment Analysis fee are the following:

  • Member Course Fee: $835
  • Non-Member fee: $1035

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made prior to the start date of the course to receive a refund. Refunds will be made for the full amount paid less a $25 cancellation fee per course cancelled. No refunds will be made after a course’s scheduled start date.

Auditing Policy

Due to space limitations, auditing is not allowed at LANDU Education Bootcamp.

Transportation will not be provided. We recommend either renting a car or taking Uber or Lyft.

Course Materials:
Course materials will only be provided electronically to download within the RLI Education Portal. There will be no printed materials available on-site.

Tech Requirements

RLI LANDU Education Bootcamp requires the use of a laptop or desktop computer, including full Excel capabilities. Mobile devices, like iPads, tablets, and cellphones, will not run RLI’s Excel spreadsheets.

PC: Microsoft Office 2000 or higher is necessary to run the RLI’s Land Investment Analysis Excel spreadsheets.

Mac: Mac versions of Microsoft Office 2004, 2011, 2016, or 365 are required to run the RLI Land Investment Analysis Excel Spreadsheets.

Browser: RLI’s education portal is optimized for use with Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox web browser.

Prior to attending Bootcamp:

Please familiarize yourself with your laptop, operating system, logging onto the RLI website and accessing the education portal, downloading and saving files, and navigating Microsoft Excel, especially if you are purchasing a new laptop for this event.
