Conference registration does not include hotel stay or other travel expenses.

Special Registration Options

Guest Pass: $299
For guests of registrants. Attendees with guest tickets may not attend educational or keynote sessions or round table discussions. Guests may purchase additional tickets to the APEX Awards Ceremony or the Guest Tour. Price of guest pass is to cover food and drink costs only.

Child Lunch/Dinner Registrations: $50
NLC attendees may purchase individual tickets for their children to attend the APEX dinner on Monday evening and/or the Recognition Lunch on Tuesday. Each ticket is $50.


Exhibitor Registration: $499
For exhibitors working an exhibit table during registration who aren't RLI members coming to conference as a full attendee. Exhibitor Registration may purchase additional tickets to the APEX Awards Ceremony and Guest Tour.

RLI APEX Awards Dinner: $175 for non-applicants; free to applicants
This annual event, sponsored by The Land Report, will recognize the 2025 highest performing land real estate professionals in the country for their accomplishments. There are two registration options for the APEX Dinner: one for those who do not plan/do not qualify to apply for the 2025 APEX Awards Program with a ticket cost of $175; the second option is for those who plan to apply to the 2025 APEX Awards Program with a ticket cost of $0 (the dinner ticket is included in the application fee which will be paid at the time of the application submission; anyone who chooses this option and does not submit an application will have their $0 dinner ticket cancelled). APEX Awards Applications will open in December 2025. 

Guest Tour: $275
Taste of San Antonio | Monday, March 16 - 12:00 to 3:15 pm CT

UNESCO named San Antonio a Creative City of Gastronomy, an honor currently held by 26 cities around the world. Only two of those — San Antonio and Tucson, Arizona — are in the United States. The growing city of San Antonio is primed to create new delectable tastings that even the most picky of eaters can't pass up. Part city tour, part culinary adventure, taste exactly what you like while visiting San Antonio including tacos, BBQ, and locally crafted brews and spirits (or you can swap out the booze for an indulgent dessert tasting!). This Detour will send your taste buds into overdrive! Transportation provided.

Cancellation Policy

Conference Registration and Ticketed Events: REALTORS® Land Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference, individual sessions, and/or ticketed events due to unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees, less a $175 cancellation fee, are refundable if written notice is received prior to February 27, 2026. Ticketed events are fully refundable if written notice is received prior to February 27, 2026. After February 27, 2026, no refunds for conference registration or for ticketed events will be issued. RLI is not responsible for nonrefundable airline tickets or related expenses.
