LANDU Course Pricing Structure

  • ALC Designated Course Price – For registrants that have already earned the Accredited Land Consultants (ALC) Designation and are considered to be an active ALC.
  • RLI Member Course Price – For registrants that are REALTORS® Land Institute Members who have not yet earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation.
  • Non-Member Course Price – For registrants that are not active members of the REALTORS® Land Institute. Not yet a member? Save $200 per course when you join RLI.

What is a Blended Course?

Blended courses require the student to review and complete some of the coursework online independently ahead of the scheduled in-person course.

Cancellation Policy

Course registrants must cancel at least five days before the start date of a course. The course value will be credited to your RLI account to use towards one National LANDU course in the future. This credit must be used within twelve months of cancellation. If a student wishes to cancel after five days before the course start date, a credit will be not be available.
